Please note that due to high demand it is sometimes necessary for us to close referrals for certain services, and we cannot accept any new referrals until otherwise advised.
Current intake status for our services is as follows:
Art & Play Therapy (Katoomba office): OPEN for referrals
Art Therapy (Penrith office): CLOSED for referrals
Parent/Carer Counselling (Katoomba): OPEN for referrals
Family Support: OPEN for referrals
Important information about eligibility and consent
Expressive Therapies (Play & Art Therapy) – available free of charge to residents of Penrith and Blue Mountains LGA. Consent from both parents is usually required before children start therapy. Our Intake Counsellor can discuss this with you if you have any concerns.
Parent/Carer Counselling - available free of charge to residents of Penrith and Blue Mountains LGA
Family Support – available free of charge to residents of Penrith LGA and Lower Blue Mountains (up to and including Faulconbridge)
NOTE TO PROFESSIONALS: Please ensure you have consent from the client before completing this form. Referrals without client consent will not be considered.
What happens once I submit the online referral?
Once your referral has been submitted, we will assess your suitability for our services. Please note that it may take 2 weeks for us to respond.
