Connection and support from your peers

Our parent peer support groups are free to participate for parents and carers in Penrith and the Blue Mountains. The groups provide a safe and supportive environment for parents/carers to socially connect, share stories, learn from each other and be provided with useful information and resources.

• Are you a parent or carer of a child who needs additional support and care?
• Do you struggle to find space in your busy schedule for yourself?
• Are you looking for a safe space to share your experience, listen to others and access support from people who understand?

Join a supportive parent and carer group that provides access to resources, information and guest speakers. You'll have the opportunity to connect with others who can relate to the unique journey and challenges parents and carers face.

TIME: Tuesdays fortnightly 10am - 12noon

LOCATION: 37 Gardiner Crescent Blackheath (CWA building)
